Accueil ~ Disciplines & Schedule
At Shi Miao Hai Kung Fu School, students discover or perfect their mastery of Chinese martial arts. In addition, the teaching of the basic techniques of Shaolin Kung Fu and the learning of the Taolu, we can also practice disciplines such as the Chinese boxing type Sanda, the self-defense Shaolin with the Qinna (keys and luxations techniques), as well as internal arts with meditation, Qi Gong or even Taiji quan. Below you will find more information about the Kung Fu disciplines taught at the Zhang Qian School in China.
Twice a week the morning training is replaced by Mandarin lessons for beginners and initiation to calligraphy to better absorb the Chinese culture. On weekends, kung fu lessons are given to some of the city’s children on a voluntary basis, so sometimes the rest will be taken away during the week to train with the children on Saturday or Sunday.
The schedule is likely to change depending on the periods and seasons, the alarm call is done at the same time as the sunrise, so earlier in summer and later in winter… a Kung Fu planning relatively similar to the one where Shi Miao Hai was an instructor at Fawang Temple in China.
