Taiji Quan, more commonly known as “Taichi” in the West, is an internal Chinese martial art that is part of traditional Chinese medicine. The practitioners perform movements slowly, in harmony with the breath, each gesture represents a fighting technique. The benefits of this body and energy gymnastics are similar to Qi-Gong and need no longer be demonstrated.

Master Zhang Qian started learning Taiji Quan style Chen recently. If some students wish, they can share their knowledge in the teaching of basic movements and the first form of style.
